One more

I have one more goal.  Put it in writing... right?

And this one has nothing to do with weight... which makes me feel better.  Weight goals make me feel a little shallow... even if it means that I'm trying to be healthier... and lighter. 

I want to be able to run a mile in 7 minutes.  And I want to be able to run two miles in one shot.  That would only be 14 minutes.  Once I can get my mile under 10 minutes I will add that second mile.  And when I've gotten my two miles under 20 minutes I know what I get as a reward... new runners!

ALSO.

My deadline.  By the end of the coaching season (end of June) I want to be about to run a 7 minute mile.  Then I can go outside and run two miles.  In 15 minutes.  Doesn't seem so bad?

GO MIKAYLA GO!

Because all the miles will be about self-love.  "I love Mikayla" miles.  Right????

  1. Mik. I am so proud of you and you are inspiring me to think about all the ways I am unhealthy. I wish you were here so we could cook and do yoga together.
